R. Randy Stolworthy
R. Randy Stolworthy is a principal of RRS & Company, an investment and development company, and Managing Member of the several Pathfinder entities where he has successfully participated in real estate based investments for over 25 years. Randy also is a principal of Pathfinder Ventures, an investment capital company which previously made equity investments in healthcare, banking and telecommunication companies.
Randy is currently an investor, advisor and active board member of Vertical Communications and previously an investor and director of First Scottsdale Bank, Mediserve, a health care information company, and President and CEO of NZ Corporation, a publicly held real estate investment company. Randy was also CEO of Bridge Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of NZ Corporation. Bridge Financial served as a pension fund advisor managing capital as a non-bank lender to real estate developers and investors.
Prior to RRS & Company, Pathfinder Ventures, and NZ Corporation, Randy co-founded Voicelink Data Services in Redmond, Washington. As President, he helped build a credit collection, marketing service, and software company using proprietary software. The company merged with Digital Systems International in 1992 just prior to going public. Prior to that, Randy was a General Partner and Manager of the Seattle office of FBS Venture Capital Company, where Randy invested in several companies, taking an active role in their development as an investor and as a board member.
John Forster
John Forster is currently a senior manager with RRS & Company and principal in the various Pathfinder entities. Prior to RRS & Company John was a senior loan underwriter for Bridge Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of the New Mexico and Arizona Land Company. Bridge Financial was a non-bank lender providing approximately $50 million per year of real estate acquisition and construction financing in Arizona and Southern California.
Prior to Bridge Financial, John began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at the Chase Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona. John was promoted in 1988 to Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer in the Mortgage Banking Department. In 1989 he moved into Special Loan Administration to manage workout loans, foreclosures and commercial ORE properties.
Patrick Brown
Patrick Brown began his career in real estate working for RRS & Company in 2007 and is now a principal in the various Pathfinder entities. At RRS & Company, Mr. Brown has been an integral part in designing, populating, and developing a software database program designed to identify, track, monitor and value estate opportunities. Additionally, he assists in the acquisition and due diligence of new investment and the property management of RRS & Company's and Pathfinder portfolio. Mr. Brown attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Mr. Brown is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
