Tempe - - First Realty Capital Inc. of Beverly Hills, Calif. paid $1.205 million to buy 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space at the northwest corner of Elliot Road and Priest Drive in Tempe. The seller was a company formed by Randy Stolworthy of R.R. Stolworthy Inc. of Phoenix. Steve Cook of CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. of Scottsdale brokered the sale. Color Tile and Cellular 1 are tenants in the building.
