Phoenix - - A company formed by Valley investors Randy Stolworthy and John White paid $4.1 million to acquire an 84,977-square-foot industrial project located at 4130-4246 E. Wood Street in Phoenix. The seller was investor Myron Zimmerman of Zimmerman Investments in Oakland, Calif. The deal was brokered through Bob Buckley, Steve Lindley and Tracy Cartledge of Insignia ESG in Phoenix. The three-building complex, called Maricopa Business Park, is reported to be 75 percent occupied. Ken McQueen and James Harper of Insignia ESG have the leasing assignment. The new owner will manage the property.
